Connecting the Equipment Configuring Inbound Call Routing 4 number of seconds is longer than the time it takes for voice mail to be activated (default 20 seconds). To ensure that the call is forwarded to the Auto Attendant, set the specified number of seconds to a smaller number. • If you need to add a new hunt group, click Edit Hunt Group. After you add a hunt group, you return to this page to select your call routing option. • If you want to route the call to the Auto Attendant immediately, choose the third option.
