BIOS Setup 4-7 Advanced Menu Š Intel SpeedStep This item allows you to enable or disable Intel SpeedStep technology. When set to Disabled, the system always operates in a conserve power mode. If you want optimize the processor, set this item to Enabled, so that the processor's speed will be controlled by the use of your operating system and applications. Setting options: Enabled, and Disabled. Š C-States This item allows you to enable or disable CPU C-State function. When set to Enabled, CPU/chipset can enter power-saving states under idle states. Š AHCI Mode (Advanced Host Controller Interface) Use this item to enable or disable the AHCI Mode. Setting options: Disabled and Enabled. The default setting is Enabled. Š DVMT Memory Size This item allows you to select maximum memory size of graphic. DVMT dynamically allocates system memory for use as video memory to ensure the most efficient use of available resources for maximum 2D/3D graphics performance. Setting options: 128MB, 256MB and 384MB.
