WEIGHT DEFROSTING WEIGHT DEFROSTING lets you easily defrost food by eliminating guesswork in determining defrosting time. Follow the steps below for easy defrosting. MEAT 1. Touch MEAT pad repeatedly to select desired defrosting weight. The DEFROST & lb indicator light andd "1.0" is displayed. The display will show what you touched. 2. Touch START/ SPEEDY COOK pad. MEAT DEFROSTING begins. POULTRY 1. Touch POULTRY pad repeatedly to select desired defrosting weight. 2. Touch START/ pad. SPEEDY COOK The DEFROST & lb indicator light and "1.5" is displayed. The display will show what you touched. POULTRY DEFROSTING begins. FISH 1. Touch FISH pad repeatedly to select desired defrosting weight. The DEFROST & lb indicator light and "0.5" is displayed. The display will show what you touched. 2. Touch START/ pad. The lb indicator goes off and the DEFROST indicator blinks and the defrosting time counts down in the display window. The oven beeps during the defrosting cycle to signal that the food needs to be turned or rearranged. When the defrosting time ends you will hears beeps. 19
