care and Maintenance CLEANING THE MEAT GRINDER 1. Turn the grinder off and unplug from the outlet. 2. Press the Release Button on the front of the meat grinder to remove the Cutter Housing. 3. Unscrew the Ring to remove all the parts from the Cutter Housing. 4. Wipe out any meat left inside the housing assembly. Hand wash all parts in hot, soapy water. NOTE: DO NOT put any parts of the meat grinder in the dishwasher. 5. Dry all the parts immediately. 6. Lubricate the Worm Shaft, Grinding Discs, and Cutter with a food safe oil. NOTE: The Separator and Sausage Horn (parts N & O) can be stored inside the food pusher when the grinder is not in use. Figure 7 CAUTION: Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative. 11

CLEANING THE MEAT GRINDER
1.
Turn the grinder off and unplug from the outlet.
2.
Press the Release Button on the front of the meat grinder to remove the Cutter Housing.
3.
Unscrew the Ring to remove all the parts from the Cutter Housing.
4.
Wipe out any meat left inside the housing assembly. Hand wash all parts in hot, soapy water.
NOTE
: DO NOT put any parts of the meat grinder in the dishwasher.
5.
Dry all the parts immediately.
6.
Lubricate the Worm Shaft, Grinding Discs, and Cutter with a food safe oil.
NOTE
