After use, return the hex wrench to the storage position. Switch action To prevent the trigger from being accidentally pulled, a lock-off lever is provided as a safety feature. To start the tool, slide the lock-off lever in the direction of the arrow and pull the trigger. Release the trigger to stop. \ Hex wrench I \ Trigger switch CAUTION : Before inserting the battery cartridge into the tool, always check to see that the trigger switch actuates properly and returns to the "OFF" position when released. Operation Turn the tool on and wait until the blade attains full speed. Then press the shoe against the workpiece and apply pressure to cut the workpiece. CAUTION : 0 Be sure to wear gloves during operation. 0 Excessive pressure that causes bending or twisting of the blade may snap it. 8
