CYCLE GUIDE Settings and options shown in bold are default settings for that cycle. For best fabric care, choose the cycle, options, and settings that best fit the load being washed. Not all settings are available with each cycle, and some options cannot be used together. NOTES: n Not all cycles, temperatures, and options are available on all models. n All wash temperature selections feature a cold rinse. n Not all temperatures, spin speeds, or soil levels are labeled on the control panel. Items to wash using default cycle settings: Clothing, bedding and towels requiring sanitization Cycle: Sanitize Wash Temperature: Hot Spin Speed: Extra High Med Low Soil Level: Heavy Normal Light Available Options: Extra Rinse Delay Start Small loads of 2-4 lightly soiled garments Rapid Wash Hot Warm Cold Extra High Med Low Heavy Normal Light Extra Rinse Delay Start Heavily soiled fabrics Power Wash Hot Warm Cold Extra High Med Low Heavy Normal Light Extra Rinse Delay Start Cycle Details: This cycle eliminates 99.99% of the most common bacteria found in clothes, sheets, and towels. The hot wash temperature ensures sanitization. Check recommended wash temperature of your items. Bacteria tested were K. pneumonia, P. aureginosa, and S. aureus. For small loads (2- 4 items) needed quickly. This cycle combines high-speed tumbling, a shortened wash time, and an extra-high-speed spin for reduced drying times. Use this cycle for extremely soiled garments and household items that need additional cleaning power. Load Size Recommendations For best results, follow the load size recommendations noted for each cycle. Small load: Fill the washer drum with 3-4 items, not more than 1/4 full. Medium load: Fill the washer drum up to about 1/2 full. Large load: Fill the washer drum up to about 3/4 full. Extra-large load: Fill the washer drum, but make sure clothes can tumble freely. For best results, avoid packing tightly. 7
