Rotate the thumbscrew at the side of the unit to achieve light transmission between 5% and 25% of its original value. The #905 inserts into the diagonal mirror of the telescope, followed by an eyepiece. • 07584 Universal Power Adapter: Permits powering from a standard home (115v AC outlet). • Cigarette Lighter Adapter: Powers the telescope by means of an automobile cigarette lighter plug. • LXPS Power Pack: Powers the telescope by means of a lead-acid portable battery. • #126 2x Barlow Lens (1.25"): Doubles each eyepiece power while maintaining excellent image corrections. For example, a 9mm eyepiece used with the model StarNavigator NG yields a power of 78X; when used in conjunction with the #126 Barlow lens, the same eyepiece yields 156X. • Camera Adapter: StarNavigator NG Series Telescopes may be used for through-the-telescope photography of the Moon and planets or for terrestrial objects. For eyepiece-projection photography with any of these telescopes, use the Basic Camera Adapter (1.25"). • #505 Cable Connector Kit & Autostar Suite Software: Displays more than 15,000 celestial wonders - galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, stars, and planets - on your PC, enabling even the beginner to locate and identify objects to observe with the telescope or to print out star charts for use in observing sessions. Operates with any Windows™-based personal computer. The Cable Connector Kit permits connection of any StarNavigator NG telescope model, AudioStar, and PC, for downloading of new software to AudioStar or for updating of Earth satellite or other celestial object positions. • Meade Series 4000 #3200 Lunar And Planetary Color Filter Set: Color filters are considered by many to be an essential "must have" for observing and imaging the Moon and planets. The Model 3200 Lunar and Planetary Filter Set includes the following filters: #25A Red (14% Transmission) - for sharp contrast in Jupiter's cloud belts, helps define polar caps and maria on Mars. Best for larger telescopes due to restricted transmission. #12 Yellow (74% Transmission) - this filter adds contrast to blues, enhances reds and yellows on Jupiter and Saturn, and increases contrast on Mars and on the Moon #80A Blue (30% Transmission) - this is a popular filter for enhancing spiral features in Jupiter's cloud belt including the Red Spot and adding contrast to Saturn and the Moon. Moon Filter ND96 (13% transmission) - reduces glare when observing the Moon. • LPI-G Lunar, Planetary Imager and Guiding Camera: The LPI-G is an excellent camera for auto-guiding and solar system astrophotography. With our solar, lunar and planetary guide camera, experience the universe on a whole new level. Lightweight and portable, LPI-G comes with a1280 x 960 pixel CMOS sensor with the ability of capturing 28 frames per second at full resolution. This camera has a USB 2.0 connection and is offered with monochrome or color sensors. Note: the guiding feature is not compatible with the Meade StarNavigator NG. Looking at or near the Sun will cause irreversible damage to your eye. Do not point this telescope at or near the Sun. Do not look through the telescope as it is moving. 39
