TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE If you experience a problem with this unit, check the chart below before calling for service. SYMPTOM CAUSE No sound. Volume is set to minimum. Radio, no sound. RESET turn the power on. Power is not on. Volume is set to minimum. FM Radio, poor sound. Station is not tuned properly. FM wire antenna is not extended. iPod/iPhone mode, no sound. Incorrectly connected. Not in iPod/iPhone mode. Time reset to "12:00" Power outage occured. Clock not set. Alarm does not turn on. Alarm is not activated or set properly. Clock is not set. SOLUTION Increase volume. Press the Power/ALARM button to turn the power on. Increase volume. Retune the FM broadcast station. Extend FM wire antenna. Check the connection. Press SOURCE button. Reset clock and alarm. Set the clock. Set and activate alarm as described on pages 14-17. Set the clock. 20
