Frequently Asked Questions With the help of the following guide, minor faults in the performance of the appliance, some of which may result from incorrect operation, can be put right without contacting Miele Service. This will save time and money. The following guide may help you to find the reason for a fault, and to correct it. You should, however, note the following:  Unauthorized or incorrect repairs could cause personal injury or damage to the appliance. Repair work to electrical appliances must only be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent person in strict accordance with current local and national safety regulations. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorized work.
