Phonebook Editing a Phonebook Entry You can edit a phonebook entry stored on your phone or the SIM card. Notes: • If you change an entry's speed dial number, the entry is moved to the new speed dial location and the original entry is deleted. Entries with a speed dial number from 1 to 500 are stored on the phone. Entries with a speed dial number of 501 or higher are stored on the SIM card. • You can also use the following procedure to edit a fixed dial entry by scrolling to and selecting Fixed Dial. Find the Feature M > Phonebook Press 1K 2 VIEW (J) 3 EDIT (J) To scroll to the entry you want to edit display the entry's detailed view edit the phonebook entry Edit a phonebook entry or fixed dial entry by following the procedures described in "Storing a Phonebook Entry" on page 95. 101
