Perfect for get-in get-out conversations such as checking status, getting information, getting directions or coordinating with others - fast. And Call Alert sends a repeating alert to other Nextel Direct Connect subscribers to let them know you want to reach them. The following Nextel Direct Connect services are available: ⅷ Direct Connect® - Allows two-way radio communication with other Direct Connect users. ⅷ Group Connect® - Create and manage groups in Contacts, "on the fly" or online to connect instantly with up to 20 other Direct Connect users at the same time.* (Currently Sprint phones do not support Group Connect calls with Nextel or PowerSource phones.) ⅷ TeamDCSM - Create a group online that allows nationwide group calling with up to 35 Direct Connect users (with Sprint phones only).
