LARGE-SCREEN LCD OPTIONS Onsite Standard Service - Exchange a non-working NEC product with a comparable new or refurbished unit (2 business days). Onsite Overnight Service - Exchange a non-working NEC product with a comparable new or refurbished unit (1 business day). Advanced Exchange Standard Service - NEC ships you a replacement before you even send in your unit to be repaired. Replaces the defective unit within two (2) business days. Advanced Exchange Overnight Service - NEC ships you a replacement before you even send in your unit to be repaired. Replaces the defective unit within one (1) business day. DESKTOP MONITOR OPTIONS Pre-paid shipping coverage - Includes the cost of shipping the replacement unit and return shipping of the defective units from the customer site. Overnight shipping - Minimizes downtime by replacing the defective monitor within 24 hours. Onsite Service - Exchange a non-working NEC product with a comparable new or refurbished unit to be replaced within two (2) business days. MULTIMEDIA PROJECTOR OPTIONS Projector Extended Warranty Program - NEC extended service plans are available for an additional year beyond the end of the manufacturer's warranty period. These plans cover all parts and labor that are available under the original warranty as well as power surge protection. You may also purchase an extended warranty for a previously purchased product as long as at least 90 days remain on the manufacturer's warranty. Repair & Return Coverage - This service requires you to return a defective NEC projector to our designated service location for repair within three (3) business days.
