6. Installation and Connections • Select the source name for its appropriate input connector after turning on the projector. Input connector COMPUTER IN HDMI 1 IN HDMI 2 IN USB (PC) SOURCE button on the projector cabinet COMPUTER HDMI1 HDMI2 USB DISPLAY Button on the remote control (COMPUTER 1) (HDMI*) (HDMI*) (USB DISPLAY) * The HDMI button on the remote control will toggle between "HDMI1 and HDMI2". Upon the first button push the projector will always switch to HDMI 1 IN. A second button push will then switch to HDMI 2 IN. if there is only one HDMI source connected to the projector it is recommended to place that signal on the HDMI 1 IN connector. NOTE: The projector is not compatible with video decoded outputs of the NEC ISS-6020 switcher. NOTE: An image may not be displayed correctly when a Video or S-Video source is played back via a commercially available scan converter. This is because the projector will process a video signal as a computer signal at the default setting. In that case, do the following. * When an image is displayed with the lower and upper black portion of the screen or a dark image is not displayed correctly: Project an image to fill the screen and then press the AUTO ADJ. button on the remote control or the projector cabinet. 107
