The following message displays: Basic Operations Starting the Device 4. After you have read and fully understood the text, tap OK. Note: If you do not accept these instructions, tap Cancel to exit the navigation software. The MAIN WINDOW displays. You can change these settings at any time. For more information, see "General Settings" on page 97. Using the Screensaver Note: When enabled, the screensaver displays a slide show of pictures when you have not touched the device after an extended period of inactivity. Note: The screensaver is automatically disabled during navigation. In the MAIN WINDOW: 1. Tap Options > Settings > General. The GENERAL OPTIONS PAGE 1 displays. 2. On PAGE 3, in the Screensaver field, tap Yes. 3. Tap OK to save the change. Selecting Day/Night Viewing Mode In the MAIN WINDOW: 1. Tap Options > Settings > General. On GENERAL PAGE ONE: 2. In the Display mode field, set the viewing mode. Options are: Automatic Automatically switch between day and night display, based on sunrise and sunset times. Night Display with darker colors for night viewing. Day Display normally for daytime use. Note: Change day and night brightness levels in the Brightness Day and the Brightness Night fields. 3.
