The speaker hasn't been turned on. Possible Solution Connect the unit to a USB power source to charge it. Press the Power button to turn the speaker on. Symptom The device is connected but there is no sound. Possible Cause Possible Solution The AUX connector may be in use. Disconnect all cables from the AUX input connector of the speaker. Your device may be beyond the effective range of the speaker. Move closer to the speaker. Range may be affected adversely by environmental conditions.
