EU Statement of Compliance The NETGEAR GS700TP Gigabit PoE Smart Switch is compliant with the following EU Council Directives: 89/336/ EEC and LVD 73/23/EEC. Compliance is verified by testing to the following standards: EN55022 Class A, EN55024 and EN60950-1. Warning: This is a Class A product. In a domestic environment, this product may cause radio interference, in which case the user may be required to take appropriate measures. Canadian Department of Communications Radio Interference Regulations This digital apparatus (NETGEAR GS700TP Smart Switch) does not exceed the Class A limits for radio-noise emissions from digital apparatus as set out in the Radio Interference Regulations of the Canadian Department of Communications. The NETGEAR GS700TP Gigabit PoE Smart Switch is compliant with the following EU Council Directives: 89/336/

EEC and LVD 73/23/EEC. Compliance is verified by testing to the following standards: EN55022 Class A, EN55024

and EN60950-1.

Canadian Department of Communications Radio Interference Regulations

This digital apparatus (NETGEAR GS700TP Smart Switch) does not exceed the Class A limits for radio-noise

emissions from digital apparatus as set out in the Radio Interference Regulations of the Canadian Department of

Communications.
