Problem Images are not displayed on TV. Nikon Transfer 2 does not start when camera is connected. Images to be printed are not displayed. Cannot select paper size with camera. Cause/Solution • Video mode or HDMI is not correctly set in the TV settings setup menu. • Cables are connected to the HDMI mini connector (Type C) and to the USB connector and audio/video output simultaneously. • Memory card contains no images. Replace the memory card. Remove the memory card to play back images from the internal memory. • Camera is off. • Battery is exhausted. • USB cable is not correctly connected. • Camera is not recognized by the computer. • Confirm system requirements. • Computer is not set to start Nikon Transfer 2 automatically. Replace the memory card. • Remove the memory card to print images from the internal memory. • Images captured in 3D photography scene mode cannot be printed. Paper size cannot be selected from the camera in the following situations, even when printing from a PictBridge-compatible printer. Use the printer to select paper size. • The printer does not support the paper sizes specified by the camera. • The printer automatically selects the paper size.
