More on Shooting Changing A (Auto) Mode Settings (Shooting Menu) The following options can be set when shooting in A (auto) mode (A 22). Image mode A 37 Choose the image mode (combination of image size and compression rate) at which images are saved. This setting can be changed when using shooting modes other than A (auto) mode. White balance A 39 In order to make the colors in images appear as they do to the eye, set white balance to suit the light source. Metering A 41 Choose how the camera meters exposure. Continuous A 42 Change settings to Continuous or BSS (best shot selector). ISO sensitivity A 43 Control the camera's sensitivity to light.
