Inbox and Other folders Your phone saves email that you have downloaded from your email account in the Inbox folder. Other folders contains the following folders: Drafts for saving unfinished email, Archive for organizing and saving your email, Outbox for saving email that has not been sent, and Sent items for saving email that has been sent. To manage the folders and their email content, select Options > Manage folder. Delete email messages Select Menu > Messaging > Email > Options > Manage folder and the desired folder. Mark the messages that you want to delete, and select Options > Delete. Deleting an email from your phone does not delete it from the email server. To set the phone to delete the email also from the email server, select Menu > Messaging > Email > Options > Extra settings > Leave copy > Delete retr. msgs. ■ Voice messages The voice mailbox is a network service and you may need to subscribe to it. For more information and for your voice mailbox number, contact your service provider. To call your voice mailbox, select Menu > Messaging > Voice messages > Listen to voice messages. To enter, search for, or edit your voice mailbox number, select Voice mailbox number. If supported by the network, indicates new voice messages. To call your voice mailbox number, select Listen.
