16. T ighten a #8 x 1" Screw (102) with a Handrail Plate (104) and a #10 Washer (103) into the Left Outside Upright Cover (87) and into the bottom of the left handrail assembly (C). Make sure to orient the Handrail Plate as shown. Make sure not to overtighten the Screws. Press the Left Inside Upright Cover (88) against the Left Outside Upright Cover (87) until they snap together. Repeat the steps above on the other side of the treadmill with the Right Outside Upright Cover (96) and the Right Inside Upright Cover (95). 16 C 87 103 88 104 102 17. Tighten a #8 x 3/4" Screw (2) into the Left Inside Upright Cover (88) as shown. Make sure not to overtighten the Screw. 17 88 Next, tighten a #8 x 3/4" Screw (2) into the Right Inside Upright Cover (not shown). Make sure not to overtighten the Screw. Tighten a #8 x 1" Screw (102) with a Handrail
Plate (104) and a #10 Washer (103) into the Left
Outside Upright Cover (87) and into the bottom
of the left handrail assembly (C).
Make sure
to orient the Handrail Plate as shown. Make
sure not to overtighten the Screws.
Press the Left Inside Upright Cover (88) against
the Left Outside Upright Cover (87) until they
snap together.
Repeat the steps above on the other side of
the treadmill with the Right Outside Upright
Cover (96) and the Right Inside Upright Cover
(95).

Tighten a #8 x 3/4" Screw (2) into the Left Inside
Upright Cover (88) as shown.
Make sure not to
overtighten the Screw.
Next, tighten a #8 x 3/4" Screw (2) into the Right
Inside Upright Cover (not shown).
Make sure
not to overtighten the Screw.
Firmly tighten the six 3/8" x 4" Screws (7) (only
one side is shown).
Press the Left Base Cover (82) and the Right
Base Cover (83) onto the Base (94).
