Attach the Right Link Arm 98 to the right Crank

12. Apply a generous amount of grease to the axle on the Right Upper Body Leg (72) and to 12 the axle of the right Crank Arm (55). Then, apply grease to two Large Wave Washers (89). Slide an Upper Body Leg Spacer (9) and a Large Wave Washer (89) onto the Right Upper Body Leg (72). Make sure that the flat side of the Upper Body Leg Spacer is facing outward. Slide a Large Wave Washer (89) onto the right Crank Arm (55). Repeat this step on the other side of the elliptical exerciser. 72 Grease 9 89 Grease 89 55 Grease 13. Gradually work the right Pedal Arm (32) onto the Right Upper Body Leg (72) while at the 13 same time working the Right Link Arm (98) onto the right Crank Arm (55). Tip: These parts are designed to fit tightly. It may be helpful to move the right Crank Arm (55) while working these parts into place. Attach the right Pedal Arm (32) to the Right Upper Body Leg (72) with an M8 x 23mm Shoulder Screw (45), an M8 Washer (39), an Axle Cover (66), and an M8 x 23mm Thin Washer (96). Attach the Right Link Arm (98) to the right Crank Arm (55) with an M8 x 23mm Shoulder Screw (45), an M8 Washer (39), a Link Arm Cover (52), and an M8 x 23mm Thin Washer (96). Repeat this step for other side of the elliptical exerciser. See step 4. Tighten the M8 x 19mm Patch Screws (86). 72 32 96 39 45 66 98 55 96 52 45 39 14. Make sure that all parts of the elliptical exerciser are properly tightened. Note: Some hardware may be left over after assembly is completed. To protect the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under the elliptical exerciser. 11

same time
working the Right Link Arm (98)

Tip: These parts are designed to fit tightly. It
may be helpful to move the right Crank Arm
(55) while working these parts into place.
Attach the right Pedal Arm (32) to the Right
Upper Body Leg (72) with an M8 x 23mm
Shoulder Screw (45), an M8 Washer (39), an
Axle Cover (66), and an M8 x 23mm Thin
Washer (96).
Attach the Right Link Arm (98) to the right Crank
Arm (55) with an M8 x 23mm Shoulder Screw
(45), an M8 Washer (39), a Link Arm Cover (52),
and an M8 x 23mm Thin Washer (96).
Repeat this step for other side of the ellipti-
cal exerciser.
