7. Attach the two Handrails (74) to the Uprights (84) with two of the 5/16" x 2" Screws (2) that you removed in step 3 and two 5/16" Star Washers (8). Do not fully tighten the Screws yet. Be careful not to pinch the Upright Wire (83) or the fan wire (B) on the right side. Position the wires as shown. Then, remove and discard the two indicated screws (C). 7 2 8 C 74 2 74 B 83 8 C 84 8. Attach the two Handrails (74) to the Uprights (84)
with two of the 5/16" x 2" Screws (2) that you
removed in step 3 and two 5/16" Star Washers
(8).
Do not fully tighten the Screws yet. Be
careful not to pinch the Upright Wire (83) or
the fan wire (B) on the right side. Position the
wires as shown.
Then, remove and discard the two indicated
screws (C).

Remove and discard the four indicated screws
(E). Then, remove the Pulse Crossbar (80).
