C. Adjust the Height (e9 model only) if you have an Ellipse- e9 machine, the height of your machine is adjustable to fit your fitness program. To adjust the height, turn the height adjustment knob four turns counterclockwise. Then support the height adjustment handle and pull out the knob, Slide the assembly vertically until you find the desired height. Once you determine the desired height, let the knob lock snap into position and secure by turning the height adjustment knob clockwise.
