We

This

section

provides

you

with

an

explanation

regarding

the

Cover

Sheet

settings

within

the

Fax

driver.

The

default

Cover

sheet

setting

is

"Do

not

add"

for

sending

a

FAX

directly

from

an

application

in

use

by

using

the

Fax

driver.

If

you

wish

to

add

a

cover

sheet,

there

are

two

settings

that

you

can

select:

"Add

the

same

sheet

to

all

addresses"

and

"Add

a

different

sheet

to

each

address."

Note:

If

you

send

a

fax

to

multiple

recipients

simultaneously

(by

Broadcast

Fax

Tx)

with

[Add

the

same

sheet

to

all

addresses]

selected,

a

cover

sheet

listing

all

selected

recipients,

their

fax

numbers

(if

Print

the

recipient's

FAX

number

is

selected),

and

the

recipient

comment

specified

in

the

Phone

book

(if

Print

the

recipient

comment

is

selected)

will

be

added

and

sent

to

all

addresses.

Please

be

mindful

of

this

when

broadcasting

a

fax

to

outside

recipients.
