For information on using the menus, see "Using the Menu" (p. 4). At very slow shutter speeds (for example when using still picture shooting mode or taking night photographs), some images may not acquire the proper stabilization effect. Image stabilization may not prevent motion blur caused by movement of the subject or by extreme movement of the camera. When [IS MOVIE MODE] (movies) is set to [ON] during shooting, the recorded images will be slightly magnified. Recording sound when shooting still images [R] z (Shooting menu) X R Available shooting modes: P M N*1 s *1 Available in the FE-4020/X-940 only. Submenu 2 OFF ON Application No sound is recorded. The camera automatically starts recording sound for approx. 4 seconds after a picture is taken. This is useful for recording notes or comments about the picture.
