The VOLUME control is set to 0. The recorder was placed near a cell phone or fluorescent lamp while recording or during playback. VCVA is turned on. Wrong folder. The number of files in the destination folder has reached 100 (maximum recording number). Objects are too bright or too dark. The recorder moved when the shutter button was pressed (camera shake).
