TAKING A MEASUREMENT 1. Sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. 2. Hold your arm across your chest at heart level. Hold your elbow firmly to avoid body movement. Sit still and do not talk or move during the measurement. 3. Press the START/STOP button. All symbols appear on the display. 17
