[SUNSET] Press [ MENU /SET ] to display the [SCENE MODE] menu and select a scene mode. (P42) Select this when you want to take pictures of sunset view. This allows you to take vivid pictures of the red color of the sun. • The flash setting is fixed to Forced OFF [ ]. • The setting on the AF assist lamp is disabled. • ISO sensitivity is fixed to [ISO100]. • The white balance cannot be set. [HIGH SENS.] Press [ MENU ] to display the [SCENE MODE] /SET menu and select a scene mode. (P42) Select this for high-sensitivity processing. The sensitivity automatically switches to between [ISO1600] and [ISO6400]. ∫ Picture size and aspect ratio Move 3/4 to select the picture size and aspect ratio and then press [MENU/SET] to set. • 3M (4:3), 2.5M (3:2) or 2M (16:9) is selected as the picture size. MENU /SET • [QUALITY] is automatically fixed to [ ]. • The resolution of the recorded picture decreases because of high sensitivity processing. This is not a malfunction. • You can take pictures suitable for 4qk6q/ 10k15 cm printing. • The focus range becomes the same as macro mode. [5 cm (0.16 feet) (Wide)/ 30 cm (0.98 feet) (Tele) to ¶] Advanced (Recording pictures) • You can set the flash to AUTO [ ] or Forced ON [ ]. • The extended optical zoom and digital zoom cannot be used. [HI-SPEED BURST] Press [ MENU /SET ] to display the [SCENE MODE] menu and select a scene mode. (P42) This is a convenient mode for shooting rapid movement or a decisive moment. ∫ Picture size and aspect ratio 1 Move 3/4 to select the picture size and aspect ratio and then press [MENU/SET] to set. • 2M (4:3), 2.5M (3:2) or 2M (16:9) is selected as the picture size.
