Reference Playback Disc cannot be played. h The disc is dirty. (> 5) h The disc is not finalized. (> 7) h Depending on the Ultra HD Blu-ray disc, it may not be possible to perform playback unless this unit is connected to the Internet. Still pictures (JPEG) do not play back normally. h The images that were edited on the PC, such as Progressive JPEG, etc., may not be played back. When using wireless LAN connection, video from the Network Contents server* is not played back or video frames are dropped during playback. h Higher transfer rate router such as 802.11n (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) or 802.11ac wireless router may solve the problem. If you use 802.11n (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) or 802.11ac wireless router, it is necessary to set the encryption type to "AES".
