Panasonic has incorporated its original image processing technology and fine tuned it to provide enhanced character reproduction and whiter backgrounds. The results of this fine tuning with a 3-Line CIS delivers higher OCR accuracy and barcode recognition, increasing scanning efficiency. This new design provides higher feeding performance and reliable scanning operation, while increasing roller life of up to 700K scans between replacement. That is nearly double the life of its predecessor.
