Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) THE KX-TCA85 SERIES The KX-TCA85 series, our most advanced DECT handsets, complements the Panasonic multi-cell DECT system by providing clear communication with features like noise reduction and automatic receiver volume adjustment. The handsets automatically adjust the receiver volume to an easy-to-hear level when noise is detected moving from a quiet place to a noisy one. A desk phone extension can be assigned to the handset so calls can reach the user when they are away from their desk. When the user returns to their desk, the DECT phone can be seamlessly transferred to the desk phone and back again.
