Setup Guide for Telephone Plug-in Making calls Once Telephone Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook has been installed, the program's toolbar appears in the Microsoft Outlook window. The toolbar allows you to make calls and access caller information stored in the following areas. - Contacts (stored in Microsoft Outlook) - Caller list - Redial list - Speed dial list You can also make calls by manually entering a phone number in the toolbar. Note: R When the base unit is in use, you cannot use Telephone Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook to make calls. Make sure that the corded handset is placed on the cradle of the base unit before making calls from Outlook. R When you make a call using Telephone Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, the base unit speakerphone is activated automatically. You can switch from the speakerphone to the corded handset by lifting the corded handset. R The names of your paired Bluetooth devices are displayed when you select a cellular line. For information about pairing devices to your base unit, refer to the Operating Instructions supplied with your phone system. Making calls
Once Telephone Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook has been installed, the program’s
toolbar appears in the Microsoft Outlook window. The toolbar allows you to make
calls and access caller information stored in the following areas.
Contacts (stored in Microsoft Outlook)

Redial list
Speed dial list
You can also make calls by manually entering a phone number in the toolbar.
