Motor Safety Filter Changing ➢ Check motor safety filter occasionally and change when dirty. WARNING Rubber Retainer Retenue de caoutchouc Dispositivo de retención de goma Electrical Shock Hazard Do not operate the vacuum cleaner without the motor safety filter. Be sure the filter is dry and properly installed to prevent motor failure and/or electrical shock. Rubber Retainer Retenue de caoutchouc Dispositivo de retención de goma ➢ Unplug cord from wall outlet. ➢ Lift rubber retainer and pull out motor safety filter as shown. ➢ Replace filter. ➢ White side is mounted facing the dust bag. ➢ Filter cannot be cleaned and should be replaced at least once a year. ➢ Insert bag. ➢ DO NOT CLEAN FILTER WITH WATER. ➢ DO NOT operate the vacuum cleaner without filter. - 38 -
