Function Guide line PRE-REC Intelligent contrast control Effect You can check if the image is level while recording or playing back motion pictures and still pictures. The function can also be used to estimate the balance of the composition. ≥ The guide lines do not appear on the images actually recorded. ∫ Selecting the type of Guide line Select the menu. [VIDEO SETUP] # [GUIDE LINES] # desired setting ≥ Set to [OFF] to cancel the guide line. This allows recording of the pictures and sound to start approximately 3 seconds before the recording start/stop button is pressed. PRE-REC appears on the screen. ≥ Aim this unit at the subject and position it securely. Press the recording start/stop button to start recording. ≥ There is no beep sound.
