Power ON / OFF Connecting the AC cord plug to the Plasma Display. Fix the AC cord plug to digital media receiver. DISPLAY OUT Fix the AC cord plug securely to the Plasma Display with the clamper. (see page 11) Connecting the plug to the Wall Outlet Press the Power switch on the side of the Plasma Display to turn the set on: Power-On. Power Indicator: Blue Occasionally on-screen-menus appear while connection cable is not inserted, but these onscreen-menus are not effective. Remote control is not accessible to those menus. Notes: • Do not remove the cable connecting the display and tuner unit while the power is on. If the cable is removed inadvertently, turn off the display and digital media receiver before reconnecting the cable. • Please turn off the power of the Plasma Display unit and Digital Media Receiver when connecting or removing Display - Receiver cable. Power switch Remote Control Sensor Power Indicator C.A.T.S. sensor Plasma C.A.T.S. (Contrast Automatic Tracking System) Plasma C.A.T.S. automatically senses the ambient light conditions and adjusts the brightness and gradation accordingly, to optimize contrast. (Effective when Picture Mode is set to Auto.) Power Indicator: Blue Turn the power to the Plasma TV on or off by pressing the POWER button on the Digital Media Receiver unit, when the Plasma TV is on or in standby mode.
