The 360-degree Camera shall produce a resolution of 2,992 x 2,992 pixels at up to 15 fps with a 9MP fisheye mode. 2. The 360-degree Camera shall produce a resolution of 2,048 x 2,048 pixels at up to 30 fps with a 4MP fisheye mode. 3. The 360-degree Camera shall utilize an approximate 1/2-inch high sensitivity MOS image sensor. 4. The 360-degree Camera shall offer Wide Dynamic Range (WDR). 5. The 360-degree Camera shall produce a color image with a minimum illumination of 0.02 lux and a monochrome image with 0.01 lux at F1.9, shutter speed of 16/30s and High gain mode. 6. The 360-degree Camera shall generate multiple simultaneous video streams of JPEG and H.264 high profile. 7. The 360-degree Camera shall utilize 3D-Digital Noise Reduction (3D-DNR) to remove visual noises in low light conditions. 8. The 360-degree Camera shall offer Video Motion Detection (VMD) with four (4) programmable detection areas, 15 steps sensitivity level and 10 steps detection size. 9. The 360-degree Camera shall offer an optional business intelligent functionality which provides heat map, people counting and Moving Object Remover (MOR). 11. The 360-degree Camera shall provide Variable Image Quality on Specified area (VIQS) which sets different image qualities to up to eight (8) areas in the full view to reduce bandwidth and storage capacity requirements. 12. The 360-degree Camera shall have Lens Distortion Compensation to compensate the barrel distortion. 13. The 360-degree Camera shall provide up to eight (8) areas of electronic privacy masking. 14. The 360-degree Camera shall offer the prioritized stream control which transmits a video stream to the specified client PC or recorder preferentially.
