Provide Video Surveillance Camera from single source manufacturer 2.2 PANASONIC WV-SFV781L 4K VANDAL RESISTANT DOME NETWORK CAMERA A. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS 1. The Dome Network Camera shall produce a resolution of 4,000 x 3,000 pixels at up to 15 fps with a 12 mega pixel mode. 2. The Dome Network Camera shall produce a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels at up to 30 fps with an 8 mega pixel mode. 3. The Dome Network Camera shall utilize an approximate 1/1.7-inch high sensitivity MOS image sensor. 4. The Dome Network Camera shall offer Wide Dynamic Range (WDR). 5. The Dome Network Camera shall produce a color image with a minimum illumination of 0.02 lux and a monochrome image with 0.003 lux at F1.6, shutter speed of 16/30s and High gain mode. 6. The Dome Network Camera shall offer a built-in IR LED to produce a clear monochrome image in zero lux conditions with 30m (98.43feet) irradiation distance. 7. The Dome Network Camera shall generate multiple simultaneous video streams of JPEG and H.264 high profile. 8. The Dome Network Camera shall utilize 3D-Digital Noise Reduction (3D-DNR) to remove visual noises in low light conditions. 9. The Dome Network Camera shall be rated to IP66 and NEMA 4X standard against water and dust ingress. 10. The Dome Network Camera shall be rated to IEC 62262 IK10 vandal resistance. 11. The Dome Network Camera shall offer Video Motion Detection (VMD) with four (4) programmable detection areas, 15 steps sensitivity level and 10 steps detection size. 12. The Dome Network Camera shall provide Variable Image Quality on Specified area (VIQS) which sets different image qualities to up to eight (8) areas in the full view to reduce bandwidth and storage capacity requirements. 13. The Dome Network Camera shall provide up to eight (8) areas of electronic privacy masking. 14. The Dome Network Camera shall offer the prioritized stream control which transmits a video stream to the specified client PC or recorder preferentially. 15. The Dome Network Camera shall have a SD memory card slot that supports SD, SDHC and SDXC memory card for local storage.
