Their purpose-built 6X 4K lens and 12MP 4K sensor also team to create a new standard for low-light image performance of less than 0.3 lux in color. KEY FEATURES TRUE 4K RESOLUTION Our True 4K cameras feature a 12 megapixel 4K ULTRA HD sensor that produces a 12MP image at 15 fps and a 4K2K image at 30 fps for incredibly high resolution from edge to edge. PURPOSE-BUILT 4K OPTICAL LENS The cameras feature a new custom, 4K-ready 6X optical zoom lens featuring a telephoto 17-degree to an ultrawide 100-degree field of view that uses the full optical resolution needed to produce a genuine 4K image. In a retail parking lot deployment, for example, a True 4K camera enables a system designer to effectively reduce the number of conventional HD cameras by almost half due to the True 4K's ultrawide coverage and high resolution-significantly reducing installation and maintenance costs by as much as 50 percent. EXCEPTIONAL LOW-LIGHT PERFORMANCE Our True 4K cameras offer high sensitivity in color at less than 0.3 lux for the sharpest images in color. A built-in Smart IR-LED illuminates the entire area clearly, and the camera controls the LED to the best brightness level dynamically to avoid saturated images. This yields an even greater low-light performance of 0 lux in black and white. This innovative hydrophilic coating allows raindrops to flatten onto the surface of the camera dome, significantly reducing optical distortion and providing better visibility in rainy conditions.
