Installing the ACDSee™ When installing the ACDSee™, recorded images can be viewed and edited on your computer. z Turn on your computer. x Insert the CD-ROM (S-SW8) into your CD-ROM drive. The PENTAX Software Installer screen will appear. b If the PENTAX Software Installer screen is not displayed Follow the procedure below to display the screen. 1) Double click the [My Computer] icon on the desktop. 2) Double click the [CD-ROM Drive (S-SW8)] icon. 3) Double click the [Setup.exe] icon. c Double click your applicable language. You can choose the language from the following: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Japanese. v Click the [USB Driver]. The Setup screen will appear. Follow the on-screen guidance and enter the registration information. Reboot your PC after installation finish. Installing the ACD Photostitcher If you have installed ACDSee™ and ACD Photostitcher in your computer, you can join the images you have taken in Panorama assist mode. Make sure that the ACDSee™ has been installed. z Turn on your computer. x Insert the CD-ROM (S-SW8) into your CD-ROM drive. The PENTAX Software Installer screen will appear. b If the PENTAX Software Installer screen is not displayed Follow the procedure below to display the screen. 1) Double click the [My Computer] icon on the desktop. 2) Double click the [CD-ROM Drive (S-SW8)] icon. 3) Double click the [Setup.exe] icon. c Double click your applicable language. You can choose the language from the following: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Japanese. v Click the [ACD Photostitcher]. The Setup screen will appear. Installing the ACDSee™
When installing the ACDSee™, recorded images can be viewed
and edited on your computer.
z
Turn on your computer.
x
Insert the CD-ROM (S-SW8) into your CD-ROM drive.
The PENTAX Software Installer screen will appear.

If the PENTAX Software Installer screen is not displayed
Follow the procedure below to display the screen.
1)
Double click the [My Computer] icon on the desktop.
2)
Double click the [CD-ROM Drive (S-SW8)] icon.
3)
Double click the [Setup.exe] icon.

Double click your applicable language.
You can choose the language from the following: English,
French, German, Spanish, Italian and Japanese.

Click the [USB Driver].
The Setup screen will appear. Follow the on-screen guid-
ance and enter the registration information. Reboot your PC
after installation finish.
Installing the ACD Photostitcher
If you have installed ACDSee™ and ACD Photostitcher in your
computer, you can join the images you have taken in Panorama
assist mode.
Make sure that the ACDSee™ has been installed.

Turn on your computer.
x
Insert the CD-ROM (S-SW8) into your CD-ROM drive.
The PENTAX Software Installer screen will appear.

If the PENTAX Software Installer screen is not displayed
Follow the procedure below to display the screen.
1)
Double click the [My Computer] icon on the desktop.

Double click the [CD-ROM Drive (S-SW8)] icon.
3)
Double click the [Setup.exe] icon.

You can choose the language from the following: English,
French, German, Spanish, Italian and Japanese.

Click the [ACD Photostitcher].
The Setup screen will appear. Follow the on-screen guid-
ance and enter the registration information.
The screen will return to PENTAX Software Installer. Click
the [Exit] to finish.
