SUPER MACRO PICTURES • • I Ex Super Macro area Slide the cover on the left of the camera downward, and press the Super Macro button. The lens moves forward, and the camera is set at the Super Macro mode. In this mode, the flash always fires. Notes: • In the Super Macro mode, the autofocus function does not work. • Make sure to use nega-color (color print) film with ISO 100 - 400 for Super Macro shots. Align the end of the strap with the subject as shown in the illustration to measure the distance Stopper (0.45 rn,.1.5 ft) from camera to subject at which proper focus is achieved in Super Macro mode. After 'Os one frame is shot in this mode, the ordinary shooting mode is automatically restored. To cancel the Super Macro mode without shooting, move the zooming lever to the left ( ) or right ( $ ). • You can use the Super Macro mode together with the other shooting modes, but the exposure mode is not adjustable. • The green lamp ( AF ) does not light in the Super Macro mode. 22
