102 Slow Shutter Speed NR Reduces noise during long exposures. 1 Select [Slow Shutter Speed NR] in the [A Rec. Mode 2] menu and press the four-way controller (5). 2 Use the four-way controller (23) 1234 to select [AUTO], [ON] or [OFF], Cross Processing OFF and press the 4 button. Digital Filter OFF HDR Capture HDR OFF Multi-exposure Interval Shooting NR AUTO 4 High-ISO NR ISO NR AOUNTO Slow Shutter Speed NR NR OFF MENU Cancel OK OK AUTO ON OFF Determines conditions such as shutter speed, sensitivity, and internal temperature, and automatically applies Noise Reduction as necessary. (default setting) Applies Noise Reduction when the exposure time is longer than 1 second. Does not apply Noise Reduction. 3 Press the 3 button. The camera is ready to take a picture. Shooting Functions • Processing may take a while when shooting with Slow Shutter Speed NR set to [ON]. Pictures cannot be taken while an image is being processed. • When the Noise Reduction function is activated, [nr] blinks on the status screen and in the viewfinder where the aperture value is normally displayed, and a countdown of processing time is displayed where the shutter speed is normally displayed.
