Procedure to Obtain Warranty Coverage To obtain the benefits of this warranty, the quilting machine or part believed defective must be delivered during the applicable limited warranty periods set forth above to an authorized SVP Worldwide dealer from whom it was purchased. If at the time of the purchase the original purchaser resides within 50 miles / 80 km distance from the location, and the original purchaser moved outside this 50 mile / 80 km distance, then the warranty service will be provided by the authorized dealer nearest the original purchaser's current primary residence. SVP Worldwide shall pay all transportation costs for valid returns of products/parts that are covered by this limited warranty and for the shipment of the replacement parts or repaired product, as applicable, to the Customer. Customer shall pay all costs plus a handling charge, for invalid or "no defect found" returns. Limitation on Relief THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY TO CUSTOMERS BY SVP WORLDWIDE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS AS STATED ABOVE. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN BY SVP WORLDWIDE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SVP WORLDWIDE DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING MERCHANTIBILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY SUCH WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
