Note The estimated call time appears in the display (this may differ slightly from the actual call time). Operating a call waiting % Answering a call waiting When a call comes in, press MULTI-CONTROL. % End all calls Press PHONE/ /BT MENU. % Switch between callers on hold Press MULTI-CONTROL. % Rejecting call waiting Press PHONE/ /BT MENU. Notes ! To end the call, both you and your caller need to hang up the phone. ! While in standby mode, you can recall PHONE BOOK by pushing MULTI-CONTROL down. ! Be sure to park your vehicle and apply the parking brake when operating the list. ! List can be called up from all sources. Calling a number in the phone book While this unit and your cellular phone are being connected, the phone book of this unit is automatically synchronized with that of the cellular phone. However, the synchronization may not be performed depending on the type of cellular phone. In this case, you will need to set up the phone book manually. To set up the phone book, see the following section. Transferring entries to the phone book on page 36. After finding the number you want to call in the phone book, you can select the entry and make the call. 34 En
