The Video Capture Mode allows you to capture videos with your digital camcorder. When the camcorder is first powered ON, the camcorder will be in Video Capture Mode. 1) Turn on the camcorder. 2) While in Video Capture Mode use the LCD display to direct the camcorder at the scene you would like to capture. 3) Press the Up and Down buttons to zoom in or out in order to better set the camera display if desired. Note: The zoom bar on the LCD indicates the zoom range. 4) Press the Shutter/OK button to START the video capture. 5) The video icon turns red and the elapsed recording time appears on the bottom of the LCD, indicating that the record is in progress. 6) To STOP the video record, press the Shutter/OK button again. 7) The video is automatically saved to the camera's Micro SD Memory card. The Playback Mode allows you to review and delete photos and videos that you've already taken with you camera. When you first turn on the camera, the camera will be in Video Capture Mode by default. Press the Playback button to enter the Video Playback Mode. All captured videos appear in Movie Thumbnail view. Note: You can toggle between the Video and Photo Playback Modes by pressing the MODE button while in Playback Mode. To exit the Playback Mode, press the Playback button again. 14
