ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant. During shipping, a small amount of lubricant may be transferred to the top of the walking belt or the shipping carton. This is a normal condition and does not affect treadmill performance. If there is lubricant on top of the walking belt, simply wipe off the lubricant with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Assembly requires the included allen wrenches and your own phillips screwdriver , adjustable wrench , wire cutters , and needlenose pliers . To identify small parts during assembly, use the PART IDENTIFICATION CHART in the center of this manual. 1. Make sure that the power cord is unplugged. 1 86 57 58 69 57 With the help of a second person, carefully tip the 58 treadmill onto its left side as shown. Partially fold the Frame (86) so that the treadmill is more stable. Do not fully fold the treadmill until it is completely assem- bled. Attach four Base Pads (57) to the bottom of the Base (69) with four 1" Tek Screws (58) (three are shown). 58 57 2. Identify the Right Upright (108) (the Left Upright [73] has two small latch holes). Hold the Right Upright near the Base (69), with the hole on the indicated side. Straighten the Wire Harness (42), and feed it into the lower end of the Right Upright and out of the upper end. Insert two 2 1/2" Bolts (37) with 3/8" Star Washers (38) into the Right Upright (108) and the Base (69) as shown; be careful not to damage the Wire Harness (42). Firmly tighten an Upright Nut (109) onto each Bolt. Attach the Left Upright (73) as described above. Note: There is not a wire harness on the left side. 2 42 38 69 108 37 Hole 73 Latch Holes 109 5

1.
Make sure that the power cord is unplugged.
With the help of a second person, carefully tip the
treadmill onto its left side as shown. Partially fold the
Frame (86) so that the treadmill is more stable.
Do not
fully fold the treadmill until it is completely assem-
bled.
Attach four Base Pads (57) to the bottom of the Base
(69) with four 1” Tek Screws (58) (three are shown).

Identify the Right Upright (108) (the Left Upright [73] has
two small latch holes). Hold the Right Upright near the
Base (69),
with the hole on the indicated side.
Straighten the Wire Harness (42), and feed it into the
lower end of the Right Upright and out of the upper end.
Insert two 2 1/2” Bolts (37) with 3/8” Star Washers (38)
into the Right Upright (108) and the Base (69) as shown;
be careful not to damage the Wire Harness (42).
Firmly
tighten an Upright Nut (109) onto each Bolt.
Attach the Left Upright (73) as described above. Note:
There is not a wire harness on the left side.
