THE INFORMATION MODE The console features an information mode that keeps track of the total number of hours that the treadmill has been used and the total distance that the walking belt has moved. The information mode also allows you to select miles or kilometers as the unit of measurement. To select the information mode, hold down the Stop button while inserting the key into the console and then release the Stop button. When the information mode is selected, the following information will be shown: The Incline/Calories display will show the total number of hours the treadmill has been used. The Time/Distance display will show the total number of miles (or kilometers) that the walking belt has moved. To play music or audio books through the console sound system while you exercise, plug a 3.5 mm male to 3.5 mm male audio cable (not included) into the jack on the console and into a jack on your MP3 player, CD player, or other personal audio player; make sure that the audio cable is fully plugged in. Note: To purchase an audio cable, see your local electronics store. Next, press the play button on your MP3 player, CD player, or other personal audio player. Adjust the volume on your personal audio player or press the volume increase and decrease buttons on the console. If you are using a personal CD player and the CD skips, set the CD player on the floor or another flat surface instead of on the console. HOW TO USE THE TABLET HOLDER You can use your tablet to browse media while you exercise. Place your tablet on the tablet holder and let the tablet holder hold your tablet in place. Tablet Holder An "E" for English miles or an "M" for metric kilometers will appear in the Pulse/ Speed display. Press the Speed increase button to change the unit of measurement if desired.
