TROUBLESHOOTING TROUBLES POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION White mineral or shiny specks oating in the Mineral Crystalized in water water or deposited on the surface of the inner Tap water contain too much lining of the Hot water minerals causing deposits on Dispenser the surface of the inner lining Clean with citric acid. How to clean? See REMOVE SCALE DEPOSIT section in this menu or the instruction on the package of citric acid Chlorine in the tap water may cause odor Press "RE-BOILER" to De-ChIorine Odors in the hot water For the rst few uses, it may have a plastic smell in the water because of new plastic components. Boil a new pot of water for few times before normal use Water does not pump out smoothly Filter might be plugged Air might be trapped in the water pump Clean the lter with citric acid Open the upper lid and closed it few times, then try again. Does not pump water out at all Check that the unlock indicator is o Press "UNLOCK" button once then press "DISPENSE" to see whether it works or not Hot water leaking out from the nozzle No Power Too much water in the pot Check the power cord Make sure the water is not lled above the MAX water level line. At the same time, the temperature keep warm lights blinking when overheat protection is activated. This Hot Water Dispenser is equipped with overheat protection sensors, but it is extremely dangerous without water in the Hot Water Dispenser with the power on. This might cause a re and damage to your property. Please always keep water above the REFILL line on the water gauge to avoid any accident. Note: If you still can't solve the problem after following the troubleshooting, contact our service center or authorized repair center for repairing.
