PBTR30 User Manual Mini Stereo Bluetooth Receiver Thank you for choosing our Bluetooth stereo receiver PBTR30. Please read this user manual carefully before use. PBTR30 is a mini stereo Bluetooth receiver, used for streaming music from your audio devices. PBTR30 can be compatible with any audio devices with 3.5mm port, which has Bluetooth function, such as iPhone, iPod, mobile phones, computers, and so on. With microphone built inside, it can be used for answering phone calls if it connected to a headphone or speaker. The product comes with a built-in rechargeable battery, it can be used for about 6 hours after being charged fully. Bluetooth Receiver PBTR30 Overview Getting started 1. Charging the receiver PBTR30 comes with a built-in rechargeable battery, prior to using it, it is highly recommended to charge the battery fully for the rst time. The LED ashes red when the receiver is low power. Please recharge the receiver. The LED keeps red while charging. It takes about 2-3 hours for a full charge. When the charging is completed, LED will turn o . 2. Turning on/o the receiver 1) MFB button - Power on/o , pair, music pause/play 2) Charging jack - DC 5V 3) LED indicator - Indicate current status 4) 3.5mm audio in plug - Connect to audio device Required systems - Audio device with 3.5mm audio in jack, such as speakers, radios etc . - Bluetooth transmitting device supporting A2DP pro le, such as iPhones, iPads, Bluetooth mobile phones, Bluetooth MP3s etc. 3. Pairing with Bluetooth devices 1) How to enter into pairing mode Remark: The pairing mode will last 2 minutes, the receiver PBTR30 will switch to standby mode automatically if no devices connected within 2 minutes. Page1 Page2 2) Pairing with mobile phones Ensure your mobile phone supports A2DP pro le. The pairing procedure varies with di erent models of mobile phones. Please refer to the user guide of your mobile phone for further information. The general pairing procedures are as follows: - Place PBTR30 and your mobile phone where they are easily viewable and no more than 1 meter. - Set the receiver into pairing mode (please refer to "How to enter pairing mode"). - Activate your mobile phones' Bluetooth function, then search for Bluetooth devices within range, select "PBTR30" from the list of devices shown. And they will be connected automatically. - After connected successfully, the LED ashes blue once every 3 seconds. Remarks: - If no device connected with PBTR30 within 5 minutes, the receiver will turn o automatically in order to save power. - After successful pairing, the receiver and the mobile phone will remember each other, they will no need to re-pair next time. - Every time the receiver is turned on, it will automatically connect to last connected device. If you want to pair it with other devices, please turn o the Bluetooth function of last connected devices rst and pair the receiver with the new device according to the pairing procedures above. - When the receiver is turned on and doesn't connect to any devices, press button (1) twice, it will automatically connect to the last connected device. - When the receiver and the mobile phone are out of e ective range to disconnected, they will connect to each other automatically once going back to e ective range. - If pairing still fails after several tries, please refer to the Bluetooth transmitter's user's manual for further information. Page3 4) Music play back Remarks: - The music will automatically pause when you dial a phone number or there is an incoming call. - PBTR30 has a built-in microphone, it can support answering phone calls if it connected to a headphone or speaker. What to do when PBTR30 can't be turned on? Please charge the PBTR30. 2. What to do when PBTR30 can't pair and connect to a Bluetooth device? Make sure the Bluetooth device is placed within 1 meter; Ensure PBTR30 has entered pairing mode. Care and maintenance Read the following recommendations before using the receiver. - Don't expose the receiver to liquid, moisture or humidity to avoid the product's internal circuit being a ected. - Don't use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the receiver. - Don't expose the receiver to extremely high or low temperature as this will shorten the life of electronic devices, destroy the battery or distort certain plastic parts. - Don't dispose of the receiver in a re as it will result in an explosion. - Don't bring the receiver into contact with sharp objects as this will cause scratches and damages. - Don't let the receiver fall down onto the oor. The internal circuit might get damaged. - Don't attempt to disassemble the receiver as it may get damaged if you are not professional. - If you do not plan to use the receiver for a long time, please store it in a dry place that is free from extreme temperatures and dust. - Don't attempt to take out the battery from the receiver, as this might damage it.
