Other Information Limited Warranty What your warranty covers: • Defects in materials or workmanship. For how long after your purchase: • One year from date of purchase for labor. • One year from date of purchase for parts. • One year from date of purchase for light engine and lamp assembly. What we will do: Pay an Authorized Service Center the labor charges to repair your unit. Pay an Authorized Service Center for the new, or at our option, refurbished replacement parts, light engine, and lamp assembly required to repair your unit. What your warranty does not cover: • Customer instruction. (Your Owner's Manual describes how to install, adjust, and operate your unit. • Installation and related adjustments. • Damage resulting from non-approved installation methods. • Signal reception problems not caused by your unit. • Damage from misuse or neglect. • Batteries. • Labor to replace the light engine and lamp assembly after one year from the date of purchase. • A television that has been modified or incorporated into other products or is used for institutional or other commercial purposes. • A unit purchased or serviced outside the U.S.A. • Acts of nature, such as but not limited to lightning damage. How you get service: • Call 1-877-RCA-HDTV and have your unit's date of purchase and model/serial number ready. • A representative will troubleshoot your problem over the phone. • If the representative determines that you should receive service, they will provide you with the name(s) of the Authorized Service Center in your area. • Contact the Service Center and arrange for home or pick up, repair, and return service, provided that your unit is located within the geographic territory covered by an Authorized Service Center. If not, you must take your unit to the Service Center location at your own expense, or pay for the cost the Service Center may charge to transport your unit to and from your home. • Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the product is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. For rental firms, proof of first rental is also required. Product Registration: • Please complete and mail the Product Registration Card packed with your TV or register on-line at www.rca.com/television. service:
Call 1-877-RCA-HDTV and have your unit’s date of purchase and model/serial number ready.
A representative will troubleshoot your problem over the phone.

Contact the Service Center and arrange for home or pick up, repair, and return service, provided that your unit is located within the
geographic territory covered by an Authorized Service Center.
If not, you must take your unit to the Service Center location at your
own expense, or pay for the cost the Service Center may charge to transport your unit to and from your home.
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the product is within the warranty period must

For rental firms, proof of first rental is also required.
