BMI is a measure which takes into account a person's weight and height to estimate total body fat in adults. It may vary depending on your body type and composition. To enter personal information: 1. In the Home menu, press + or - to select Fitness and press to enter the fitness menu. 2. Press + or - to highlight Personal Info and then press . 3.
